First “IoT and Me” Contest launched
Trainees and Students develop Ideas for new IoT Use Cases
In recent years, theMinol-ZENNER-Gruppe has transformed its appearance and perception with many innovations in its core business and in new business areas. At Minol, Minol Connect has created the basis for modern, digital added value for customers. Our youth development and training programmes should also benefit from the innovative new opportunities.
In April 2021, we therefore invited all apprentices and students to the first „IoT and Me“ contest. After the kick-off event with the presentation of LoRaWAN possibilities and basic IoT ideas, we received seven very creative proposals for the implementation of IoT use cases. Seven trainees and students from all over Germany put their good ideas into practice in the following weeks. A jury from the Minol-ZENNER Group will then vote on the most creative and best implementations in summer 2021.
To make things easier, the implementation is supported by experienced Minol ZENNER Connect staff. The mentors from the management of Minol and Minol ZENNER Connect also have an open ear.
In the coming weeks we can look forward to regular updates on the contest and the participants and their ideas. All interested parties are welcome to register here in the B.One Community and have a look around. In addition to updates on the competition, you will also find exciting information and news from the IoT world, tips and help for your own projects with LoRaWAN as well as instructions for using IoT applications and sensor technology.
We are looking forward to the results.
