da du hier im Forum leider noch keine Rückmeldung bekommen hast zu dieser Anfrage, wollten wir dies einmal noch gerne tun. Wie sich ergeben hat, hast du ja die benötigten Dokumente inzwischen bereits von den Kollegen des ZENNER Supports erhalten🙂. Wir hoffen, dass dir damit geholfen wurde und du die Zähler in das andere Netzwerk einbinden konntest?

was @schwooz dazu oben schon geantwortet hat, ist so absolut richtig👍, aber vielleicht noch eine kleine ergänzende Info: Der Betrieb der Plattform ist BSI- und ISO/IEC 27001 zertifiziert, die Datensicherheit ist u.a. durch eine mandantenfähige Struktur sowie verschlüsselte Datenübertragung gewährleistet und das eigene Rechenzentrum befindet sich in Deutschland, also nicht z.B. außerhalb der EU.

MQTT ist nun endlich wieder als Option bei der Erstellung neuer Weiterleitungsregeln verfügbar, der neue Fix wurde erfolgreich implementiert🛠✅. Vielen Dank für die Geduld und wenn es weiteren Fragen dazu gibt, einfach melden!

Regarding the document “Lora radio packet definitions” the crucial phrase in chap 2.2 is „If not specified differently“. So it can differ here indeed for certain devices.
Nevertheless, there does indeed seem to be some room for improvement here with regard to this information in the documents. We have therefore forwarded this feedback again, in case you have not already been in contact with ZENNER Support about that.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass wir zu diesem Thema noch keine positiven Nachrichten haben. Leider gestaltet sich das Ganze doch deutlich schwieriger als erwartet und die Tests nach dem erhofften Fix waren noch nicht zufriedenstellend, so dass wir hier weiterhin um Geduld bitten müssen🙏. Die Kollegen sind nach wie vor dran und wir melden uns wieder, sobald wir ein Update haben.

leider können wir noch nicht darüber berichten, dass die MQTT Option beim Erstellen neuer Weiterleitungsregeln wieder zur Verfügung steht und müssen erneut noch um etwas mehr Geduld bitten. Laut Einschätzung der Kollegen aus der Entwicklung dürfte es noch bis Anfang KW48 dauern, mit etwas Glück kann es aber auch Ende nächster Woche (KW47) soweit sein. Wir informieren hier dann nochmal dazu und hoffen, dass das Ganze für euch bis dahin kein allzu großes Problem darstellt.

vielen Dank für dein Verständnis. Leider müssen wir nun jedoch nochmal um etwas mehr Geduld bitten. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass am MQTT Forwarder/Broker zunächst noch eine weitere Änderung vorgenommen werden muss, bevor diese Option beim Erstellen einer neuen Weiterleitungsregel wieder verfügbar gemacht werden kann. Wir halten dich/euch aber auf jeden Fall weiterhin auf dem Laufenden dazu.
